Urban Landscapes

As an image maker/urban hiker, venturing into alleyways, up fire escapes, and into tunnels beneath our cities, I seek places that require us to step outside ourselves. Using the layers of wood to transform our urban environment into stories of architectural wonderment and imagination.

In resonance with urban activist Jane Jacobs and her quest for urban renewal:

“The time will come when people will want to know how these ruins were made—the essence of life we made.”
